Hope all has been well with you and enjoyed the holiday.
I spent mine celebrating three, yes you read it correctly, three Thanksgivings which comes with three Thanksgiving dinners. As a person who is into exercise, fitness and nutrition I have to be completely honest and let you know that I did cheat quite a bit during the holidays. But what fun is it to not indulge every once in awhile right? Especially during the festive time of the year where food is abundant and shared with great friends.
I’ve also been busy training my clients and basically putting into practice what I’ve been writing about on my blog.
In my future blog entries I’ll be sharing some new discoveries and even some obstacles that have come up while training my clients that may be beneficial in your very own training.
