I went to the dentist yesterday and had an exam and a fantastic cleaning! They didn't find any cavities or anything "bad" but I did have some stains from all the tea and coffee I've been drinking recently.
It was interesting that I never had stains whenever I went to the dentist in the previous years and it was quite astonishing to really see the ugly results from all the tea and coffee consumption.
You see, I've literally just started drinking tea (for all the antioxidants) and the coffee for the caffeine in the morning for my cardio about a year ago. And my last visit to the dentist was almost a year back and they mentioned all the staining! It was so embarrassing! But they were able to remove ALL of it and now I have my pearlie whites back.
So what's my solution to this ugly problem? No, I won't stop drinking my tea or coffee but I'll be using drastic measures(?) to prevent it from coming back. My weapon of choice will be BENDABLE STRAWS!!! Yes, I'll be drinking the tea and coffee after it's cooled down with a straw and down the hatch and bingo, no more stains! By the way, I don't drink it for the taste or enjoyment so don't bother commenting on how gross luke warm tea or coffee is.
Happy healthy white teeth! And have an amazing weekend!!!
