I've been a little busy with "other" things so I haven't gotten put out a new blog post yesterday. I've been extremely diligent about posting every single day(except on weekends) that I felt really guilty about not posting yesterday and wanted to send out at least a little message today.
OK, this blog post may not necessarily be related to health, fitness, diet(well maybe a little) but to keep things consistent I wanted to get my fingers moving today.
It's extremely important to keep the momentum going even when things get really busy and hectic (OMG, did I write about this already?!) and it's a good idea to keep the ball rolling even if it's not really even related. Say you forget or don't have time to workout or do any cardio, then at least do your part in eating right that day. It always helps me feel less guilty if I've had a very clean diet all day even if I've skipped my workout (which I'm totally doing today!).
Or maybe you ate like a pig today when that free lunch came along at the company meeting and you're one of those people who just can't resist a free meal. You simply put in an extra intense workout and stop feeling so guilty about eating all that junk.
So don't feel guilty, just make it up with one or the other!
